Memoranda of Understanding

The Authority has Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) with the Commerce Commission, the Ministry of Economic Development (MED) and the Ministry of Consumer Affairs (MCA). The MOU clarify areas of common interest between the Authority and the other agencies to avoid potential confusion amongst stakeholders in respect of 'border issues'.

The Commerce Commission and the Authority signed a MOU on 9 December 2010.

The MED and the Authority signed a MOU on 27 January 2011. (MED is now the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment). 

The MCA and the Authority signed a MOU on 21 June 2012.
