Memoranda of Understanding

The Authority has Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) with the Commerce Commission and the Ministry of Economic Development (MED).

The MOU clarify areas of common interest between the Authority and the other agencies to avoid potential confusion amongst stakeholders in respect of 'border issues'.

The Commerce Commission and the Authority signed a MOU on 9 December 2010.

The MED and the Authority signed a MOU on 27 January 2011.
