Future Code
The Code Amendments that are not yet in force are:
- Electricity Industry Participation (Scarcity Pricing) Code Amendment 2011 - comes into force on 1 June 2013
- Electricity Industry Participation (Metering Arrangements) Code Amendment 2011 - comes into force on 6 June 2013
- Electricity Industry Participation (Dispatchable Demand) Code Amendment 2011 - comes into force on 27 June 2013
This page only includes those Parts of the Code that are amended by the Code Amendments listed above.
Please note:
- These documents have been prepared using the Code as it was, as at 1 December 2011. They do not include any amendments made since that date.
- These versions of the Code are not the official version of the Code, but are provided to assist participants prepare for implementing the Code Amendments. If there is any discrepancy between these versions, and the Code Amendments listed above, the Code Amendments take precedence.
Phases 1 and 2 of Demand-side Bidding and Forecasting
- Phases 1 and 2 of Demand-side Bidding and Forecasting came into force on 28 March and 28 June 2012, so are now incorporated into the Code
