Clause 16.2 of the Code requires the Authority to continue to publish a summary of the cumulative effect of the Rio Tinto agreements, (being the power supply and transmission agreements for the Tiwai point aluminium smelter, previously known as the "Comalco agreements"), that describes how those agreements may affect each Rio Tinto party's ability to comply with clause 7.2 or 7.11 or Parts 8, 12 or 13 of the Code.
