Case studies

The Authority notes there is learning value in cases that involve compliance issues common to other participants or a class of participants. Therefore, the case studies have been prepared.

Where possible the full circumstances of the case are published. However, this is only done with the consent of the parties concerned. If consent is not given, the case study includes no information identifying the breaching party.
