Breaches alleged of the System Operator

Self-reported and alleged breaches by the System Operator. The self-reported breaches and alleged breaches concern the loss of power supply to Kinleith paper mill, Tokoroa and surrounding areas on 27 October 2010.

Parties to investigation - the System Operator, Carter Holt Harvey, Norske Skog Tasman and Powerco.

Breach alleged of the Grid Owner

Alleged breach by the Grid Owner for not ensuring at all the times that an AUFLS system is installed for the Tiwai Point GXP since 1 March 2004.
