The Authority has extended by one week the submission period for the consultation paper on the Decision-making and economic framework for distribution pricing methodology.

Submissions on the consultation paper are now due by 5pm, Friday 22 June 2012. Submissions will be published on the Authority’s website on Monday 25 June 2012 and interested parties will have the opportunity to make cross-submissions by 5pm, Monday 9 July 2012.

The Authority has published a proposed amendment to the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 that affects the provisions to relax constraints in high spring washer price situations.
