Otahuhu substation upgrade IGE application - history
The Commission completed a preliminary review of the supporting information provided by Transpower and requested further information from Transpower to provide clarification on some matters.
Having previously signalled its intention to engage with stakeholders as much as possible within the confines of the transitional provisions contained within rule 16, the Commission published a paper for consultation, pursuant to rule 16.4.2 of section III of part F.
The Commission wished to consider the views of submitters before making its decision on the Otahuhu IGE Application. Therefore, the Commission invited interested parties to make submissions on this paper, including providing responses to the Commission's specific questions contained in Section 6 of the paper, before the submission close date of 5 pm on 20 September 2006.
