Industrial co-generating station applications
The register of approved industrial co-generating stations is published as required by clause 9 of schedule 13.4 of the Code.
The following applications for co-generation are published as required by clause 3 of schedule 13.4 of the Code.
- Alinta 17 May 2007 - approved
- Carter Holt Harvey 4 May 2007 - approved
- Whareroa Power Ltd - approved
Retailers’ wholesale market obligations
The following participants have been approved to assume another participant's wholesale market obligations under parts 8, 13 and 14, as provided by clause 1.5 of Part 1 of the Code:
- Genesis Power Limited to assume the obligations of Energy Online Limited - this assumption to commence on 1 June 2009
- Todd Energy Limited to assume the obligations of Auckland Gas Company Limited - this assumption to commence on 1 June 2009
- Todd Energy Limited to assume the obligations of Bay of Plenty Energy Limited - this assumption to commence on 1 June 2009
- Mighty River Power Limited to assume the obligations of Bosco Connect Limited - this assumption to commence on 1 August 2009.
