Electricity information exchange protocols

To ensure that the EIEPs are kept up to date with evolving technology and industry standards the Standing Data Formats Group (SDFG) has been established. The SDFG is a panel of industry representatives who review the protocols on a yearly basis or at the request of participants.

Between 15 September 2003 and 31 October 2010 EIEPs were the responsibility of the Electricity Commission under the Electricity Governance Rules and Electricity Governance Regulations.
