Registry information & access

Retailers and distributors (including some network owners) require access to the registry in order to manage the information contained within Part 11 of the Code. The registry provides same day notification of changes made to registry information to users affected by the change. This page contains registry access and application forms.

Access to the registry is determined by the market administrator upon completion of an application form.

The registry has adopted a monthly maintenance review process to ensure that registry user issues are addressed and adopted in a timely manner. Information on and the timetable for monthly maintenance can be found in related documents.
