Retail audits & auditing
The Code requires some audits to be conducted periodically, while others are undertaken at the discretion of the Authority, or specific service provider agreements.
The Authority is committed to ensuring all retail audits take place in a fair and efficient manner. The Authority Board has approved audit guidelines for specific audit types and expects that audits will be conducted in a manner consistent with these guidelines.
The Authority has approved auditors to undertake retail audits. Please ensure that when you use an auditor that they are approved for the type of audit you would like conducted.
In this section you will find information on:
- Certified reconciliation participant audits

- Test house audits
