Loss Factor Review Panel
The Loss Factor Review Panel (LFRP) was established to refine the 'Guidelines on the calculation of loss factors and the use of loss factors for reconciliation purposes'. The scope of the LFRP includes addressing concerns of affected participants about loss factor methodologies and the promotion and use of a standard methodology for technical and non technical loss factor calculation.
The members of the LFRP are:
- Andrew Smaill (Independent Chair)
- Lindsay McLennan (Expert member)
- Robin Pittwood (Expert member)
- Authority representative
Minutes of all meetings will be published, but only once confirmed at a subsequent meeting.
The Terms of Reference govern the purpose, scope, conduct and administration of the LFRP.
Prior to 31 October 2010, the LFRP was administered by the Electricity Commission.
