Resubmission of Bombay Bus Security Investment Proposal
About this Consultation
On 30 June 2009, Transpower New Zealand Limited (Transpower) resubmitted to the Electricity Commission an investment proposal for approval under rule 13 of section III of part F of the Electricity Governance Rules 2003.
The investment proposal was resubmitted as a reliability investment to install a bus coupler circuit breaker, full local backup protection and bus zone protection measures on the 110kV busbar at Bombay substation.
The Commission is providing designated transmission customers and parties affected by the Proposal with an opportunity to:
- provide written comments on the Bombay Bus Security Investment Proposal; and
- request that the Commission consider alternatives to the Bombay Bus Security Investment Proposal
To assist the Commission in its consideration, please supply evidence of facts and analysis to support your views wherever possible.
