About this Consultation
The Commission has prepared this Initial Statement of Opportunities as a draft for consultation (draft Initial SOO) and invites submissions on it, including:
- its contents
- the approach taken by the Commission in this document
- any other matter which should be considered by the Commission in finalising and publishing it
- suggestions for different approaches for future SOOs.
Further information
The Commission has included in Appendix 8 of the document, a set of specific questions on this draft Initial SOO, and invites submissions in relation to these questions in particular. Submissions must be in writing and be received by the Commission on or before 5pm on Friday 10 June 2005.
