Proposed Rule Change for Initial Statement of Opportunities
About this Consultation
Under Rule 9 of Section III of Part F, the Commission is required to prepare and publish a Statement of Opportunities for information.
Attached is a paper in which the Commission proposes minor changes to the Electricity Governance Rules, simply to provide for a special process for the first, or initial Statement of Opportunities.
Submissions on the rule change proposal must be received by the closing date of 5pm on Friday 29 October 2004.
Please note that because of the integrated nature of the processes under Part F, submissions received after this date may not be able to be considered by the Commission.
