Transmission pricing methodology guidelines issues paper
About this Consultation
Under Section IV of Part F, the Commission is required to publish the process for the development of the transmission pricing methodology and to publish any guidelines that Transpower must follow in developing the transmission pricing methodology.
Attached is the Commission's issues paper on the transmission pricing methodology process and guidelines, as required by Rule 4 of Section IV of Part F.
Submissions on the transmission pricing methodology process and guidelines must be received by the submission expiry date of 5pm on Friday 5 November 2004.
Please note that because of the statutory timing obligations of the Commission, submissions received after this date may not be able to be considered.
