Settlement of Islanded Embedded Generation

The commission invites submissions on its proposal to revise the way embedded generators that are islanded from the grid are settled. The price at a node that is disconnected from the grid is $0.00. This means that an embedded generator associated with that node will be settled at a price of $0.00. The Commission's proposal is to assign a price to such nodes under those circumstances so that settlement can be completed at a non-zero price.
