Written agreements for connection to and/or use of the grid
Clause 12.47 of the Code requires the Authority to publish such agreements, unless the parties involved establish good reason for not doing so. Transpower and its counterparties were contacted with no party expressing concern about the contracts being published. Copies of these agreements are available below.
