We are looking for a successful and experienced communications professional to work with the Chief Executive in a highly strategic position, overseeing all communication from the Authority. The Communications Lead will report to the Chief Operating Officer and operate at the Senior Leadership Level. You will work with the support of your Principal Communications Advisor to ensure that communication is of the highest quality and represents the Authority as a world class regulator.

This is an influential role, designed to bring vision, engagement and innovation from all parts of the Authority as well as the wider industry, consumers and stakeholders. This role requires strong senior management experience and a broad understanding of the communications field. You will take a leading role in developing functional policy and high level strategy.

You will be proactive, incisive and adaptable. You will have a keen sense of the work required and the readiness to lead the organisation’s communication strategy in a creative direction.

Your own communication style will be first class, both with your written skills and your ability to be an effective communicator of complex ideas and issues.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced communications practitioner to join us as Principal Communications Advisor.  You will report to the Communications Lead and be a key  part of the Communications Team with a focus on coaching and mentoring the talent within the team, while delivering cutting edge communications support across all levels of the organisation.

The Principal Communications Advisor will use superb relationship management skills to work across all parts of the Authority as well as the wider industry, consumers and stakeholders, and the team itself to achieve great outcomes. You will actively engage the Communications Advisors in the vision and values of the communication team, while fostering an open and collaborative working relationship with the whole of the organisation.

You will be the champion of the Communications Lead and be ready to anticipate their next steps to be able to support and assist exactly as needed. You will be the ultimate team player with the ability to manage details while looking at the bigger picture, to balance priorities accordingly.

Keeping up to date with changes and advances in communication will be part and parcel of your day to day life and you will have a sound understanding of the role that communications has for a regulated entity. Following the introduction of a Chief Operating Officer position within our Senior Leadership Team we are looking to appoint a Corporate Business Manager to provide support and leadership to the Organisational Performance and Delivery team. Reporting directly to the COO, the Corporate Business Manager will have accountability for ensuring that the Authority runs effectively and meets our organisational obligations.

This is a senior level role which will provide management, direction and support across all of the organisations corporate functions but particularly with the Senior Advisor Information Management and Documentation and Programme and Procurement Manager who report directly into the Corporate Business Manager.

You will bring a supportive managerial approach to the role, eager to share your extensive practical experience and knowledge and provide advice and service to senior managers and the Board.

You’ll be an excellent communicator with strong relation management skills. You will be a quick thinker, logical and enjoy getting stuck into process improvement projects.

The Manager, Strategy, Planning and Performance reports to the Chief Operating Officer and provides the focus for ensuring the Authority meets its stakeholder relationships. This role will have a broad understanding of the wider context that the Authority sits in with regards to finance and reporting requirements. You will provide specialist advice and act as the subject matter expert for strategy and operations.

This role supports a core function and requirement of the organisation so working knowledge on the Crown Entities Act is essential. You will also have extensive experience working on planning and performance documentation.

You will have a pragmatic work style, be an effective communicator, and be driven by results. You will build and maintain strong working relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.

Reporting directly into the Manager, Strategy, Planning and Performance this role works closely with the wider organisation through mentoring and coaching to enable them to deliver on reporting requirements.

This is a collaborative role which focusses on working closely with your counterpart to deliver an excellent service to internal stakeholders. You will have excellent time management and organisation skills, while being responsive and adaptive to changing demands and deadlines. You’ll be methodical, detail orientated and a team player at heart.
