    Work Programme for 2012/13 published

    Jun 2012

The work programme is an internal programme of projects that it intends to progress during the financial year.

Feedback was incorporated from consultation on proposed appropriations and work priorities from 29 November 2011 to 9 January 2012.

The work programme reflects the ten key projects listed in the foreword to the 2012 2015 Statement of Intent, plus a significant new project to address improving pricing efficiency when a generator is pivotal. These are the top priority projects in the attached work programme.

In the normal course of events it is anticipated that reprioritisation will be required during the year, for example as the information available about specific project develops, and new risks or issues come to the Authority's attention.
