Haast Energy Trading, Ecotricity, Electric Kiwi, Flick Energy, Oji Fibre, Pulse Energy Alliance and Vocus have claimed that an Undesirable Trading Situation (UTS) began on 10 November 2019 and was continuing as at 12 December 2019.
The Authority has published a preliminary decision on the UTS claim received on 12 December 2019 from Haast Energy Trading, Ecotricity, Electric Kiwi, Flick Energy, Oji Fibre, Pulse Energy Alliance and Vocus.

The Authority has published details of the simulation on github.
This is a preliminary decision for which there is an initial six week consultation period, followed by a 3 week period for cross submissions.
The Authority prefers to receive submissions in electronic format (Microsoft Word). Submissions in electronic form should be emailed to UTS@ea.govt.nz with “Consultation on UTS preliminary decision” in the subject line.
