Each of the proposals in the consultation paper sought to address a particular discrete issue that required a Code amendment to resolve, but which did not warrant the resources required for its own consultation process. We advanced the proposals together as one Code amendment on this basis.

As shown in the strike-through Code drafting in the Decision paper, the Code amendment makes changes to Parts 1, 3, 6 to 12, and 13 to 15 of the Code. We have also published a summary of submissions.

The majority of the Code amendments will come into force on 1 November 2018, although some of the amendments will not come into force until 1 February 2019 or 1 August 2019.
