Each of the proposals in the consultation paper sought to address a particular discrete issue that required a Code amendment to resolve, but which did not warrant the resources required for its own consultation process. We advanced the proposals together as an omnibus Code amendment on this basis.

The omnibus Code amendment also includes the amendments that we publicised on our website in August 2017. As shown in the strike-through Code drafting attached to the decisions and reasons paper, the omnibus Code amendment makes changes to Parts 1 to 4 and 6 to 17 of the Code.

We have also published a summary of submissions, and the Approved Systems Document, which supersedes the information system definition.

The Code amendment will come into force on Thursday, 5 October 2017.
