Revocation of
notice of assumption of rights and obligations under Parts 8, 13, 14, and 14A
of the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010

gives notice to the Electricity Authority that the notice given to the
Authority under clause 1.5(2) of the Electricity Industry Participation

________________________that it would assume all rights and obligations under
Parts 8, 13, 14, and 14A of the Electricity Industry Participation Code
2010 of __________________________________ (participant B) in participant B’s
capacity as a purchaser and as a participant that incurs financial obligations
under that Code or owes an amount to the clearing manager is revoked.
2. The revocation under clause 1 will take
