Consultation

From 15 February to 29 March 2022, we consulted on an amendment to the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 to implement a commercial market-making scheme, alongside the existing regulated market-making scheme.

We would like to thank all stakeholders who provided a submission. We released our decision paper on this consultation on 26 July 2022. This decision is guided by our consumer centricity strategic ambition and its net positive benefit to consumers.
