Briefing for retailers on Consumer Care Guidelines consultation

The Electricity Authority invites retailers to an online briefing on its Consumer Care Guidelines consultation this Friday 15 September 9.30-10.30am.

Join us for a presentation from our Retail Policy team on the four options we propose to update and strengthen the Consumer Care Guidelines. The presentation will be followed by information on how to provide feedback and a Q&A session.
