Switch process review - Issues with the ICP switching process

We consulted on a draft set of key issues with the ICP switching processes set out in the Electricity Authority Participation Code 2010 (Code). We sought interested parties’ views on:

a) the issues raised in the consultation paper

b) any other issues related to ICP switching that may be hindering competition or introducing operational inefficiencies.
