Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010
The Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 (Code) is the set of rules that governs nearly every aspect of New Zealand's electricity industry.
We publish an unofficial consolidated version of the Code online and in pdf format. The consolidated Code combines the principal (original) Code and all amendments currently in force. For official versions of amendments see 'Amendments to the Code'.
The online Code uses pop-up boxes for quick reference to defined terms. These pop-ups are to assist the reader and do not form part of the Code. Please refer to Part 1 of the Code (or where otherwise provided) for the legal definitions of terms in bold.
