  • Strategy

We have published our Annual Corporate Plan for the 2023/24 financial year.

Our Annual Corporate Plan provides information about our key priorities for the year, how they contribute to our strategic ambitions and their intended impact. The plan highlights our priorities and intentions, rather than listing everything we will do in 2023/24.

Our planned activities for 2023/24 can be categorised into five broad themes:

  • System security and resilience
  • Enabling investment and innovation
  • Consumer protection
  • Monitoring, compliance, education and enforcement
  • Building trust and confidence through improved capability; transparency and engagement

To understand the context of our Annual Corporate Plan 2023/24, the document should be read alongside our:

  • Statement of Intent (SOI) 2021/25 which has been amended to incorporate our additional statutory objective that came into effect on 31 December 2022. This new objective covers protecting the interests of domestic and small business consumers. The SOI outlines our strategic intentions from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2025.
  • Statement of Performance Expectations 2023/24, which outlines our budget and business-as-usual functions for the 2023/24 year.
