Audit portal technical issues

  • Compliance

Our Retail Audit Database (Audit portal) is currently experiencing some technical issues and is not sending any email notifications out to participants.

This means that audit participants using the portal to submit audit reports and those interacting with the Distributed Unmetered Load Database will not receive any email confirmations from the system. This includes confirmations of audit submissions, new audit dates and password resets.

We kindly ask participants to double check their audit due dates on the audit register and to contact compliance@ea.govt.nz for any issues.

Our IT provider is working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
