Grid emergency planning survey

  • Compliance

Today we emailed a survey to a group participants to report on how they are meeting their Code obligations for grid emergency planning.

Distributors, direct connect consumers, generators and ancillary service agents are requested to complete the survey by Friday 9 June 2023.

The information gathered from this survey will inform the Electricity Authority whether the relevant participants meet their compliance obligations and have the necessary planning in place.

You can read our compliance monitoring framework to understand how we monitor, investigate and enforce compliance with the Act, its Regulations and the Code. Grid emergency planning is a high-priority area for our monitoring in 2023.
