Explanatory note
This note is not part of the amendment but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This amendment to the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 ("Code") comes into force on 17 April 2025.
The amendment amends Schedule 8.3, Technical Code B - Emergencies, clause 5A and Clause 13.58AA of the Code by updating the values for energy and reserve scarcity and for controllable load.
