Explanatory note
This note is not part of the amendment, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
The amendment to the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 comes into force on 1 June 2025.
The amendment amends Clause 8.61 of the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 by removing the obligation on the Authority to consult on under-frequency events (UFE) if the identified causer of the UFE accepts that it was the causer.
