Decision to discontinue investigation of Stack Power Limited

The Electricity Authority has decided to discontinue an investigation into Stack Power Limited.

Stack Power was alleged by the Electricity Authority to have failed to arrange and submit its reconciliation participant audit by the due date and subsequently continued to perform reconciliation participant functions without certification.

Stack did not respond to the notice of investigation or submit its reconciliation participant report.

The Electricity Authority has also decided to appoint an auditor under clause 15.37C of the Electricity Industry participation Code to audit Stack Power.
