Questions invited on standardised super-peak hedge contract independent report

The Electricity Authority is offering interested parties the opportunity to ask questions to clarify their understanding of an independent report we commissioned from Principal Economics. It aims to evaluate the appropriate trading volumes and bid-ask spreads for market-making the standardised super-peak hedge contract.

Questions on this report can be sent to taskforce@ea.govt.nz by 5pm, Wednesday 17 September (with the subject line ‘Questions for Principal Economics’). We will share the responses on our consultation page on Wednesday 24 September.
