Switch process review - Issues with the ICP switching process

This consultation sought feedback on a draft set of key issues with the ICP switching processes set out in the Electricity Authority Participation Code 2010.

We sought feedback on:

• the issues raised in the consultation paper
• any other issues related to ICP switching that may be hindering competition or introducing operational inefficiencies.
