Explanatory note
This amendment to the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 (Code) comes into force on 28 June 2018.
This amendment amends Part 9 of the Code to require a retailer to compensate each of its qualifying customers only for the days during a public conservation period that the retailer supplies the qualifying customer.
