Explanatory note
This amendment to the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 comes into force on 23 February 2015.
The amendment provides a new process for connecting small-scale distributed generation under Patt 6 of the Code, and makes a number of other changes to improve the operation and clarity of Part 6. It also makes consequential changes to other parts of the Code.
