Explanatory note
This amendment to the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 comes into force on 19 September 2014.
The amendment corrects errors in the drafting of a previous Code amendment. The amendment provides for the issue of invoices by the clearing manager if the clearing manager receives revised information under clause 15.20C, and for reconciliation participants to provide connected dispatchable load information to the reconciliation manager to resolve a volume information dispute.
