Explanatory note
This amendment to the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 ("Code") comes into force on 1 May 2016.
This amendment makes minor amendments to three provisions in Parts 8 and 10 of the Code to correct drafting errors arising from the Electricity Industry Participation Code Amendment (Code Review Programme) 2015.
