Consultation on options to improve hedge disclosure obligations extended

We have extended the closing date for submissions on our consultation on options to improve hedge disclosure obligations by two days until 5pm on Thursday 8 February 2024.
The extension is to allow for the Waitangi Day public holiday on Tuesday 6 February.
We welcome views from all interested parties and look forward to receiving your submissions.
