Feedback invited on application for a Type B industrial co-generation station

We are considering an application from New Zealand Steel for Glenbrook Power Station’s Kilns Cogeneration Plant to be classified as a Type B industrial co-generating station under the Electricity Industry Participation Code.

New Zealand Steel is seeking approval because it intends to take over operation of the station from another party.
