You can book an online meeting with Rob Bernau – Progamme Lead for the Energy Competition Task Force programme – to discuss any unanswered questions about our proposal to introduce mandatory non-discrimination obligations that the gentailers would have to follow. These sessions are between 1.00pm to 5.00 pm on Monday 7 April are for 30 minutes.

We welcome feedback on an options paper that sets out the proposal for introducing these new obligations by 5pm, Wednesday 23 April 2025.
