Hedge declaration certificates due 30 June 2024

All participants that submitted hedge disclosure information between 1 April 2023 and 31 March 2024 are reminded to return an annual hedge declaration to certify that their submitted information is correct.
The declaration certificate must meet the requirements on the hedge disclosure declaration form and be submitted on company letterhead to compliance@ea.govt.nz by 30 June 2024.
This is a requirement under clause 13.230 of the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010.
