Part 6A dispensation application from Infratil Limited

The Electricity Authority Te Mana Hiko has received a dispensation application from Infratil Limited (Infratil) for Ms Urlwin from Part 6A of the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010.
Ms Urlwin is a director of both Infratil and Vector Limited (Vector).
Infratil has a ~51.1% share in Manawa Energy Limited (Manawa) through its subsidiaries.
Manawa retails on Vector’s network above the thresholds specified in Part 6A of the Code (Separation of distribution from certain generation and retailing).
The application seeks a dispensation for Ms Urlwin from the relevant obligations in Part 6A.
