The Electricity Authority Te Mana Hiko is holding a webinar on for electricity retailers, generators and distributors to discuss three case studies on alleged breaches of the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 (Code).
The case studies each show where or how the Code was breached and highlights how you can ensure you’re following the rules. We’ll also provide an opportunity to ask questions.
The webinar will be held on Wednesday 16 April at 2.30pm, and will cover scenarios where a participant:
- failed to provide information to the reconciliation manager
- failed to take all practicable steps to ensure information provided to the reconciliation manager was accurate
- had a ‘deemed offer’ on the wholesale market that exceeded their capability to generate.
All case studies have been anonymised and are available on our website in the links above.
