UTS submissions published; cross-submissions welcomed

Submissions on the Electricity Authority's preliminary decision on whether an undesirable trading situation occurred following 16 February 2024 have now been published on our website and are available below.

We would like to thank all submitters who provided input on our preliminary decision. We now welcome cross-submissions on the submissions provided.

Cross-submissions can be sent to uts.2024@ea.govt.nz and are due by 5pm on Wednesday 3 July 2024.
