Watch our December quarterly update
Thanks to everyone who joined our December quarterly update.
Our Chief Executive, Sarah Gillies, opened the session with an update on the Authority’s priority projects and focus for the first quarter of 2025.
“I think more and more rapid change is our new normal – so we have to reshape to become more agile and responsive to our changing environment. We’re now managing through change and will be for the foreseeable future – so we have to embrace it and double-down on working smarter and working collaboratively to achieve common goals.”
Staff provided updates on:
- The Energy Competition Task Force work programme
- Retail pricing
- Consumer Care Obligations
- Power Innovation Pathway
You can watch a recording of the quarterly update and view the presentation slides.
