We consulted on a proposal to amend the Code for the final elements of real-time pricing implementation. The key changes we proposed were:
- changes to the scheduling and dispatch process during scarcity pricing situations
- changes to the reserve risk-violation tranche prices and volumes
- the pricing error claim process
- reconciliation manager access to metering data.
See below for the consultation paper, proposed Code amendment and submissions received.
Following this consultation, we released our decision paper in September 2022.
