Consultation

From 2 to 30 August 2022, we consulted on amendments to the Policy statement in order to include changes needed in consideration of real-time pricing's impacts on the system operator’s processes.

We did not receive any submissions on this consultation. We decided to approve the system operator’s proposed changes to the Policy statement. We published our decision paper on this consultation on 25 October 2022. The new Policy statement will take effect on 1 November 2022.
